Where is the Eagle Bash?
The Savannah Country Club (formerly the Wilmington Island Club) located at 501 Wilmington Island Rd, Savannah, GA 31410


What is the attire?
Casual! You will be outside so make sure to dress comfortably and wear sun protection!

Please be sure to bring a mask or face covering for when you are indoors.

 

What steps are being taken to limit the spread of COVID-19?
By eliminating the evening portion of this event, we will drastically reduce the possibility for transmission of COVID-19. However, with any gathering, there is always a risk of infection. We will be encouraging the wearing of masks at all times unless eating or drinking. A signed waiver will be required by all tournament participants. Extra steps will be taken to clean and sanitize all items and spaces. Extra hand sanitizer and wipes will be available throughout the day. 

 

What's on the menu?
Breakfast and lunch are included with golf registration. Lunch is included with tennis registration. 

 

Is there a cash bar?
Beer, wine and soft drinks are included with your tournament registration. A full bar will be offered at the event receptions and you may use cash or a credit card to pay for that.

 

How does the raffle work?
General raffle tickets are $20 each or three (3) for $50.  Green and Gold raffle tickets are $100 each or three (3) for $250. Raffle tickets are for sale on the main sales page. Tickets purchased online may be picked up at the registration table the day of the event or in the main office. The general raffle baskets are open to anyone, regardless of tournament participation. Tournament participants can use their general tickets to enter two additional raffles at the event.

If you are not attending the bash as a tournament participant, you will have the chance to designate which baskets you would like to use your general tickets for. Winners will be drawn and announced on Tuesday, September 29th. Email HDS Branding and Event Coordinator Paige Rowlett to designate tickets or if you have further questions.

Tournament raffle baskets will be drawn for at the tournament receptions and are only available to participants. Winner will be responsible for taking their items home that afternoon. Four tickets will be included with Tennis registrations prior to September 5th. Eight tickets will be be included with Golf registration prior to September 5th. After those dates, raffle tickets can be purchased for $20 each or three (3) for $50. Additional tickets can be purchased at any time prior to and at the event.

If you included your credit card with the purchase of your tournament registration (online purchases only) then you're all set to purchase tickets at the registration table on the day of the event. You may also fill out an authorization form to charge your school account at the registration table, or pay with cash/check. Please note that any unpaid charges will be automatically added to your school account balance after 30 days.
