Where should I go?
This year's golf tournament will be held on the newly renovated championship golf course at The Club at Savannah Harbor, located at The Westin Savannah. The address is 2 Resort Drive, Savannah, GA 31421.
What should I wear?
Casual! You will be outside so make sure to dress comfortably and wear sun protection!
What's on the menu?
Breakfast and lunch are included with golf registration. Breakfast sandwiches and coffee, and assorted beverages will be available at check in. During the tournament, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks will be served. A catered lunch with non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks will be served at the tournament reception.
Is there a cash bar?
Beer, wine and soft drinks are included with your tournament registration.
VIP Sponsors will receive a designated number of wristbands to receive free cocktails.
A full bar will be offered at the event reception and you may use cash or a credit card to purchase drinks.
How does the raffle work?
General raffle tickets are $20 each or three (3) for $50. Green and Gold raffle tickets are $100 each or three (3) for $250. Raffle tickets are for sale on the main sales page. Tickets purchased online may be picked up at the registration table the day of the event or in the main office. The general raffle baskets are open to anyone, regardless of tournament participation.
If you are not attending the bash as a tournament participant, you will have the chance to designate which baskets you would like to use your general tickets for. Winners will be drawn and announced on Monday, September 26th. Email HDS Branding and Event Coordinator Paige Rowlett to designate tickets or if you have further questions.
Tournament raffle baskets will be drawn for at the tournament receptions and are only available to participants. Winner will be responsible for taking their items home that afternoon. Additional tickets can be purchased at any time prior to and at the event.
You may fill out an authorization form to charge your school account at the registration table, or pay with venmo. Please note that any unpaid charges will be automatically added to your school account balance after 30 days.
